Your purchased prints will be printed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. All prints are made to order.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer two types of shipping:
- Standard - Get FREE SHIPPING when you buy 2 or more physical products (posters or framed posters). If you purchase only 1 physycal product, you will be charged a shipping fee depending on your location and the size of the product.
- Express - Depending on your location, we offer expedited shipping. You will see these options at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship our products worldwide.
Depending on your location, your prints will ship from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Australia, or Japan via USPS, DHL, FedEx, Latvian Postal Services, or DPD.
Shipping times and information
Your artwork will be shipped in a sturdy triangular cardboard box (posters) or box (other products) via USPS, DHL, FedEx, Latvian Postal Services, or DPD, depending on your location. Transit time for U.S. orders is 3-4 business days; please allow a total of 5-9 business days from purchase to receive your print. A tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping times (after production time of 2-5 business days):
Canada: 6-10 days
Rest of the World: 5-20 days
Customs & Duty Fees
International Customers (outside the USA): Please note that your local post office may hold your prints upon arrival, and you may be required to pay local taxes and/or import duties on your package.
Please check your country's policies for details. Doodl is not responsible for additional fees or delays due to customs and duty processes. Unexpected delays can occur due to customs and import procedures. If delivery is attempted and prints are shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
What happens if the package wasn't delivered to you, but the traking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, Doodl won't be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be rare cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch" or "Left by mistake with a neighbor."
If you're unable to locate the package, please contact us to assist you and try to find a solution.
Can Doodl deliver to a PO Box?
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Some of our framed posters are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx or UPS) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
What should you do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and you still haven’t received your order?
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict (like weather conditions). We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
