Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

What is your return/refund policy?

Since all shipped products from Doodl are specially made to order, returns or exchanges on print orders cannot be accepted. If a product is defective, if it was damaged during shipping or if you got an incorrect order, please get in touch and send us a photo so that we can either send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your digital files have not yet been downloaded, you are eligible for a full refund of your printable purchase. Due to the nature of the product, there are NO refunds for prints that have already been downloaded.

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
